• Photo Evidence: We require photo evidence of the damaged or unusable goods to process your refund request. Please provide clear images that clearly show the issue.

• Unaltered Condition: The goods must be in their original, unaltered condition. Any attempts to repair or modify the product may void your eligibility for a refund.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your refund request and the required evidence, we will review your case. If your request is approved, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 14 days for the refund to be processed.

4. Replacements

5. Shipping Costs
